I especially like the battery life as it is always dependable, especially for someone who always travels. Only caveat is that when I am on a call - the buds' mic, for some reason, picks up background noises and amplifies them. So when I'm on a call, I make sure I am somewhere silent or else people will hear me do even the slightest move like open a bag of chips or a plane passing by. Lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using Samsung Buds 2 Pro for one year and it is amazing for everything (movies, music, news and regular videos). The sound is pretty good and clear you can notice a lot of sounds you never heard before. The mic is good you can rely on it for calls. At workouts I have very good experience with it, it fits well in my ears but sometimes with sweat, it moves but it's not that bad. It has so many features that make your day easier and they work very well. Finally, the most features I love are active noise cancelling (ANC) and ambient sound they're so powerful and they will help you a lot in daily situations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these earbuds for listening to music while I clean my house or working outdoors. I use them while out shopping but I find it distracting since I usually have a mission during my shopping trips. Otherwise, the features, texture, and quality of these ear buds are top notch. I do find that ear fitment is not the best so try and experiment with all the included ear fitment pieces. I learned to fit them into my ear just right so that it has a snug fit for the best noise cancellation. One issue is the tap functions on the sides of the ear buds themselves can be annoying. If I need to adjust the earbud, sometimes it slips out a little and I try to push the earpiece in again, it presses the button on the side so the only way to avoid this was to deactivate the touch modes on the earbuds. Overall, noise cancellation works very well and the quality sound is amazing. Battery life is good (hour and a half or more depending on volume and noise cancellation settings). Charging is great and I pair the buds to my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro for added usability as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GALAXY Buds Pro 2 Have Superior sound quality. Watching a movie with a compatible Samsung GALAXY phone and these ear buds is like sitting in a movie theater surrounded by theater quality speakers. Using the Buds Pro2 for business calls is like being in the same room with your clients even on a video conference. I have asked the person on the other end of the call how the microphone sounds to them and have said "it's like being there in the same room with you, clear clean sounding with no distortion or background noise." The only time it was an issue is when I was in locations like concerts or outside near roadways where the background noise is so loud the Buds couldn't cancel that noise out. I do have one suggestion for Samsung. These are not my go to Buds for bicycling or physical heavy labor that is active due to the ear bud cushions don't help keep the bud in my ear. Even when the phone suggestion that those cushions were the correct fit for the best possible operation and sound quality. An over the ear hook to help keep them in place (maybe like an add on option that is removable) would make it a 5 star review in my opinion. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Battery life is awsome and the carrying case that charges your buds keeps you moving without missing a beat! Even when you forget your charger at home. They are well worth the money! All in All I don't think you would be disappointed with purchasing these ear buds.

These can be used individually on either side, have great battery life, and the versatility is great. Connects to my phone, laptop, and TV. Really enjoying these headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed my buds pro 2 for the most part. The sound is really clear and has depth when listening to music or streaming. When using them for answering phone calls, sometimes it can be hit or miss. I have times where the person sounds like he/she is right next to me, while other times I have a hard time hearing what they are saying. The biggest issue I have is the buds staying in my ears. I constantly clean them and wipe them down to help, but it doesn't seem to work. I don't even have to move around for them to fall out. I am just sitting there watching a movie and I can feel one or the other slightly start to fall out. If I don't catch it right away, it falls and bounces away on hard surfaces, making them difficult to find at times. Other than that, I have enjoyed them.

They also fit in my ear perfectly, and never get loose even when running. Battery life is solid too, lasts for the whole day.

I like the head tracking that the Samsung phone does with the buds. I like how the lock into your ear. They are really worth their value
