[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Buds! They make everything sound nice and crisp almost whenever I use them. The only miniscule flaw for me is that I drop them often but I blame that more on myself than the case/earbuds itself. Other than that, it took my ears a little bit to adapt to the earphones sound in the bass boost frequency. I grew to enjoy it a lot. It's like a better version of the Buds2s. That's my favorite part about these Buds. They improve on those earbuds in everyday. This include the material, sound, and especially how it fits inside the ear. As a person with pretty big ears, they still feel great to me because of what the ear tip is made out of. They feel the best when both are on but even just one on feels great. I'm even wearing them while making this review. In all, I love these earbuds so much. They will always be one of my favorites. They have so many positives like the ones I mentioned and the ones I didn't, like the touch controls, mobility, and use with other devices including PCs. I still wish Noise Cancelling and the Ambient Mode could be used on other devices to some extent but even if not it's fine. They sound just as fantastic without those features. Anyways, thank you Samsung for this amazing product you have made.

The biggest problem I have is that they fall out of my ears easily. I've tried other adapters for my ears and none seem to work well. Disappointed in how they fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st set of buds and I am extremely pleased with sound, and voice detect on ambient setting. My only slight complaint Is the ear bud fit. With the largest ear plug insert, I can -with some twisting -sometimes get a "good fit" on the fit test.

I love that they have noise canceling feature that can turned off with my Galaxy Phone and ambient sound. When on a phone call I can hear perfectly and thw other side hears me clearly too. Buds stick to ear decently but would have liked them to be better molded/sitting in my eat. For this reason alone I don't use them in public spaces or working out, afraid I might loose them. The Buds 2 pro have a sleek design and fit well inside my pocket (with case). Buds hold charge well, as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my first ever fully wireless earbuds and I have loved them for 2 years now they were a Christmas present and I was so worried I wouldn't like them but I love them and can't go a day without them I always have one in my ear at all times they never fall out and some have complained about the cases texture fading with time I don't mind that it makes the buds mine and shows how much I have loved this ear buds

However, it easily slips out of your ear at times and the find earbuds feature is not loud enough in a lot of environments.

I've tried all sizes that it comes with from small,medium , and large .When moving around they tend to slide out. I was getting off a bus and one fell to the floor. That was so disappointing. Please improve fitment.
