I really liked this protein shake, the flavor was great tasting and wasn't to sweet. Some other protein shakes make my stomach feel heavy and bloated but this one made me feel full without the bloat and heavy feeling.

In protein shakes the chocolate flavor makes its or break for me, this one is average. The shake starts smooth and is medium bodied, it does tend to leave a slight aftertaste. Nutrition wise, this one covers all the marks for me. Taste wise, I prefer a different brand that Sam's also carries. So bottom line is, if protein shakes are a daily part of your nutrition, then this is a solid budget friendly middle of the road option, but it could taste a little better.

I use this product for my husband who is diabetic. With the 30 g of protein and the vitamins and minerals and low in sugar in it helps my husband balance his insulin and sugar first thing in the morning. I will continue buying this product because it is very good

Honest review. They actually taste pretty good. No heavy shake taste. (if you know, you know) Stuff works great for at work. And it doesn't need to be refrigerated either! I thought that the flavor of the drink was good. It definitely tasted like a chocolate shake. It had a smooth texture that was also nice. The portion size was decent for a morning drink. The only thing I did not like was that it had a somewhat chalky after taste. It wasn't horrible and did not last too long, but it was there.

A little aftertaste that stays with you. Sugar and protein contents are great for me as I am diabetic. Container size is spot on and filling.. It is a a great supplement in place of a meal or refreshing after a walk on the treadmill. Although chocolate is not what I would have thought I would like, turns out that it was good, not too strong. I think a different flavor may have upped my opinion of the product.

I really enjoyed this drink, I used it as a protein boost first thing in the morning and it really satisfied me and kept me going throughout the day. I also drank one after a tough workout and it quenched my thirst and also gave me a good boost of protein right when I needed it. The drink is very creamy and has a great flavor, and not too sweet. I love this protein shake. It’s the perfect portion, easy to just grab from the frig, the chocolate flavor is very good and I feel full after drinking one container. I like that most of the daily nutritional values are only 25% since I also get many of these vitamins and minerals from other sources throughout the day. I also appreciate that it has only 1g of sugar and reasonably low sodium.

There were mixed opinions in my household about these. The adults seemed to like the flavor and thought they tasted good. The teenagers did not care for the flavor or the texture. Overall I would say that the flavor is good and is packed with good nutrients in a small bottle.

I had the chocolate protien shake for my mid morning snack. It is a perfect, handy shake. With 30 grams of protein and only 160 calories it fit my diet needs. It tastes delicious. No chalky aftertaste. The chocolate taste was delicious. I blended it with a little ice making it into a thick shake.
