30g of protein and all the same vitamins and minerals as name brands. Taste and consistency are good and comparable to ones sold at my gym. All this for only about $1.25 a serving, can’t beat that value!

I’m my opinion the taste of these shakes are great! I now prefer to buy this brand. The only bad part is there is not a variety of flavors to choose from.
