First time I tried these, I usually get Premier brand. Not bad but not as good as the Premier. I tried Chocolate in both brands. I will use up what I have for breakfast replacement a few days a week or mid afternoon snack and switch back to the Premier.

Just bought a case of this, since they were out of the muscle milk at the store. I agree with some of the other reviews. This stuff tastes nasty. The Chocolate Muscle Milk that they carry tastes much better and is a little better for you when you compare the Nutritional facts. I'll be returning the rest of the unused case.

I bought the Premier Protein recently but decided to give these a try. First sip. Weird aftertaste and the chocolate tasted strange. I had a tiny bit of the Premier left and I decided to do a taste comparison to see if my taste buds were just "off." No! This stuff is nasty. Returning.

Anyone who thinks premier is better, has broken taste buds. This is definitely not the best but it is good and cost appropriate. It's an easy snack and can be useful to add other powders like collagen, creatine or inositol. I just wish this came in a vanilla flavor. I would buy so much more.

Everyone saying is not the best etc. I’m sorry to break it to you but we drink it to hit our protein goal not for the taste. If it’s the taste you want go with fairlife or protein powder so you can put whatever you like in it. But premier makes the members mark protein shakes so they taste the same as them, they are just cheaper as they cost 2$ less and u get 3 more shakes.

I typically will purchase a Members Mark product and over the years have been very satisfied with all of them. This afternoon I purchased the MM 30g High Protein Chocolate Shake and regretfully find it not very appealing. If I compare this product taste with Ensure, frankly. it's disappointing. Granted, the contains nutrients are much higher than Ensure, but you still need to enjoy the taste. Sorry!!

I bought this as a sub for my fairlife I usually get. I got a Ninja Creami and planned to make ice cream so my logic was how bad could it be..... I used to get the equate brand back in the day in the tin cans and assumed it was be about the same. Let me say, even blended with other items... it was still chalky and gross. If I had not already thrown away the packaging I would have tried to return it. I feel its ok if you are in a pinch or if you really do not care about chaulky or powdery liquids... I will not be buying it again.

Have been drinking this for at least 2 years and it appears there has been a formula change to recent batches and they taste TERRIBLE!! It’s so bad that I thought I mistakenly purchased expired shakes but they had not expired. Unfair how the company tried to pass off the changes without at least labeling the package as “changed” or something to inform the customers. Please return to your old formula. Poor business form. Hope the company is reading this review and making a note.

I add HALF of this each day to my morning coffee...its is perfect. I do not care for it straight out of the carton, but love it as an add in to boost recipes and such. I wish it did come in different flavors, but for now I simply add a tablespoon of coconut coffee syrup (or sometimes pepermint...yum!).

To be fair, there are not many of the protein drinks that I like the flavor of, and chocolate is my least favorite. This is the bottom of the barrel for me. I have 16 more to force my self to finish. I usually love member mark stuff, definitely not this time. I don't like the smell, taste - nothing I can say that I like about it. I wish my Sams would consistently have the fairlife shakes - loved the coffee flavored while they lasted.
