New website ordering places unreasonable limits on customization. Color combos are awful. Timing on pickup is deceptive- when finalizing order, the pickup time will be different by day(s) not hours. I just wanted all white everything (icing, borders, decor - impossible)! We used to love Sam’s cakes but now we’re on the hunt for an alternative.

I called to cancel this wedding cake as the wedding had been called off. They told me that I could not cancel an online order that if i just did not pick up the cake i would not be charged. Fast forward to the Monday after pickup day and the money was taken out of my account. I have made 6 phone calls and have been lied to 5 different times about my refund but long story short I'm not getting my money back. I definitely would not recommend ordering a cake online with Sam's club. And their online customer service is awful

This is the perfect blank canvas cake to make into whatever you choose. Perfect size and taste great to.

In general cake was good. However, the border did not hide where the layers met, You could see the gap.

Cake was nothing as I requested. Glad i qent a day ahead. It was remade, but image design was cracking. Requested one tier chocolate and one white. Both were white. Cake tasted fine.
