The layers were unfinished so you saw the cardboard the top layer of the cake sat on it looked very unprofessional.

Order a two-level cake, one level of chocolate and the other of vanilla. And I only received everything from vanilla when I had been very specific. The cake was good, they just didn't follow the directions.
