Great Features

Good unit

Horrible Dryer

Horrible dryer. Wouldn't buy again is Samsung paid me. This thing constantly stops telling me that my laundry is dry. Take my laundry out to fold and discover half of it is still wet. The machine says it has a moisture sensor well it may have one but it does not work. I've talked with several other owners of the same dryer and they too are just sick and tired of constantly having to restart this dryer to dry their clothes. These unfortunately came with the apartment that I am renting and glad they did because when I buy my next house I will definitely not be purchasing this overpriced boat anchor.

Faulty machine

Since day 1 the installer guy left the faulty machine causing circuit tripping every time we try to switch it on. Though just few days we got it installed only 10 days, the samsung support team doesn't want to replace and saying our technician will visit and repair. Got the ticket created but no one contacted till date. It's a he'll to get the support.

Defective on Arrival

My Samsung Dryer was installed by the delivery company and its making a huge noise. Now I'm getting the run around on whose responsibility it is to replace my new never used dryer. This is a inconvenience to me and my family. I have a young toddler and I can't afford to be without a washer.
