Lower score because I received 2 defective models before one that works, is a light dryer and the Smart features are good for just amking sure you have the right cycle rolling. This set has more features I especially love the Wi-Fi capability and it works with our Samsung family hub smart things app. so i could start the washer or dryer from my phone. and it sends me alerts not only on my phone but also on my TV's as well because every major appliance and tv in my house is now Samsung

Wife and I just bought our first home and received this dryer (and matching washing machine) as a house warming present. It's been fantastic so far. It runs quiet, plays a nice little tune when the cycle finishes, and it's pretty darn energy efficient! Sure beats going to the laundromat for the passed 3 years!

Please be aware that you must pay for installation in order to get your appliance power wiring and vent hose/clamps unless you order them separately from another party.

I purchased as a set. Due to difficulties in delivery the washer and dryer were set up after the 90-day warranty covered with Sam's. When it was finally up and running it made a grinding noise. Sam's club told me I would have to go through Samsung warranty process. There is frame damage to the dryer and Sam's will not do anything for it. Samsung will not warranty "frame damage". Giant paperweight.

Second, there are so many settings, I can always have clean dry clothes within 30 minutes. Third, it is quiet, Fourth, I love that it sends a notification to my cell that the cycle is done. Fifth, it has a light inside the drum, so I can always see if there is an item in the back. Overall, I love my new stainless washer & dryer pair. Happy personal trainer with lots of dirty laundry.
