The salesperson started to talk about the specks and the fact that it included the new steam technology, and I didn't need to think further to make this purchase happen.

After using the dryer that came with the house the last 5 years we felt it was time to upgrade, unfortunately all it lead to was a washer full of wet clothing and a dryer that no longer worked. After struggling to find the warranty info and scheduling the repair, we will see how long it works.

We have several Samsung products that use everyday, so we figured why not, right? Excellent choice (pat ourselves on the back)! We love everything about this dryer. We initially joked about the WiFi, but jokes on us cuz we use regularly! Haven't used the steam function yet, plan to when we're in the new house and the washer/dryer are side-by-side. Right now the face each other in the walkthrough laundry room. I even love the color and will get matching washer when current one fails us - probably with a full load that is in soak mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my new samsung dryer has been great! the stackable design has allowed me to open up my laundry area to make it more useful. the dryer controls are easy to understand and make doing laundry enjoyable. the dryer is quiet and the smart features for setting up custom cycles is great. i get notifications on my other smart devices when the cycle is done so no more having to check to see when its time to switch out the laundry! the normal cycle works great and gets my laundry dry quickly and the refresh steam cycle will get wrinkles out of my shirt without having to iron it. i really like the large capacity of the dryer and the ability to switch which way the door swings. this dryer is great!

I love being able to put items on air fluff without having to worry about any heat damage but not having to wait for it to air dry. The dry times are super fast and because of the dampness sensor never over dry. My absolute favorite is the refresh setting. No more worrying about having to iron my husbands dress shirts ever again. I throw these in and the steam refresh has them perfectly crisp and way better then they would look with my lackluster ironing skills. I love using this for all my pets bedding partnered with the sanitize wash cycle. Everything comes out cleaner then new. Because of the Wi-Fi connectivity once you easily pair this with the smart things app you can control the cycles remotely and also receive notifications when the dryer cycle is done.
