[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous DW was much nicer, also Samsung. Plastic lined vs Stainless. Detergent dispenser can be difficult to latch and it sticks out and will catch on rack when trying to close door. If not carefull it might off. Back lighting on controls is poor and can be difficult to read. 3rd rack is ok, but can only put small utensils that don't stick up very far. The unit cleans well and is very quite, but I t seems like corners were cut or were not well thought out. All the units in my kitchen suit have similar issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine should have not been made. Its design is flawed. Heat doesn't have the ability to heat water up to designed specifications. So it shut down and you have to start the cycle over again. It may take 3 attempts to get a complete cycle?
