[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this Samsung dishwasher along with the counter-depth fridge about three months ago when we moved into our new home. The dishwasher has been great. We use it 3-4 times a week and it consistently performs well. It's quiet, cleans very well and the dishes come out dry with no water left sitting like our old dishwasher. One of my favorite features is the auto-door open at the end of the cycle which lets you know it's ready to be emptied. The only minor drawback is the top rack. While it's great for utensils and smaller items, it does reduce the vertical space in the lower racks compared to our old dishwasher. We ended up having to switch to slightly smaller plates to accommodate the height but for us, the added functionality of the third rack made it worth the trade-off.

I love that it holds a lot of silverware with the basket in the bottom row and overhead tray. Only issue I have had with the dishwasher is the flap where you put dishwasher liquid got caught on the top rack and broke the latch. Other then that small issue, I love it!

Detergent dispenser can be difficult to latch and it sticks out and will catch on rack when trying to close door. If not carefull it might off. Back lighting on controls is poor and can be difficult to read. 3rd rack is ok, but can only put small utensils that don't stick up very far. The unit cleans well and is very quite, but I t seems like corners were cut or were not well thought out. All the units in my kitchen suit have similar issues.

We absolutely love it! It does am amazing job at cleaning and is super quiet. We also love the door opening when complete. Having a third rack is great for those longer items like tongs or grill tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used KitchenAid, Bosch, GE dishwashers before and, hands down, this Samsung one is arguably the best one at a great price. Cleaning is excellent, from plates to pots, everything gets perfectly clean. At the beginning, rack system could be a bit challenging, but once you use it for a few times, you'll see that makes perfect sense and maximizes every inch. It is absolutely whisper quiet, to the point that you forget dishes are being washed. I particularly like the third tray that lets me wash all types of oddly shaped items. The corollary of a great product is appearance. It is absolutely beautiful and it will blend seamlessly with any cabinetry, countertop and any other appliances. Unquestionably the perfect dishwasher!

We have three dogs and it hides the prints that the dogs leave behind very well. I find that I don't have to clean it near as often as the old machine because there's hardly any fingerprints left on the finish. As far as noise, it's so quiet I hardly know that it's even running. If I'm disappointed about anything, it's the lower racks. Uh, the angle that they're at makes it hard to get the dishes in the way I'd like to, but I'm still very happy with the machine. Overall, I'm very happy with Samsung's technology. I have gotten a lot of their products over the years. I prefer purchasing directly from, uh, the company itself.

So why in the world does a dishwasher not come with the electrical cord? I get maybe not including the hose or something like that, but no electrical cord? Makes absolutely no sense. I just bought this dishwasher and didn't include the installation because I thought I could do it myself. Lo and behold, there's no electrical cord and a bunch of wire sticking out and no water hose so I have to buy all of that stuff and I am not missing with wires and electrical stuff. So now I have to wait to find somebody who can install it. Pretty ridiculous. All to make extra money.

I had another Samsung Dishwasher that was 10 years old and decided to replace with this 4051 model. I installed it myself, the dishwasher works great, I like the third top tray to put in utensils, it has various modes like Auto and Express modes, l really like that it automatically opens the door after the dishwashing is done. It's great for the price.
