[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my new dishwasher. The 3rd rack provides extra space for utensils and small kitchen tools, making it much easier to organize each load. It cleans dishes thoroughly, even when they're heavily soiled, and the 51 dBA operation is pleasantly quiet—I can barely tell it's running. One of my favorite features is the AutoRelease™ door, which opens automatically at the end of the cycle to improve drying. My dishes come out much drier than they did with my previous dishwasher. The fingerprint-resistant finish is another nice touch, keeping the exterior looking clean with very little effort. Overall, this dishwasher has exceeded my expectations. It's quiet, efficient, easy to load, and delivers excellent cleaning and drying performance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with this Samsung AutoRelease Dishwasher! It runs incredibly quiet (you can barely hear it at 51 dBA), which is perfect for our open kitchen. The 3rd rack is a game changer - it gives extra space for utensils and small items, freeing up the lower racks for bigger dishes. The AutoRelease door feature is surprisingly effective - dishes come out dry without having to towel them off. Plus, the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish keeps it looking clean and modern with minimal effort. It's energy-efficient, easy to load, and the cycle options are straightforward. I've had no issues so far and would absolutely recommend it if you want a sleek, quiet, and high-performing dishwasher. Great value for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet dishwasher with various settings. I like that the door opens when dishes are clean taking the guess work out wondering if they are clean or dirty. There is also a 3rd shelf for knives or other utensils when you run out of space in the basket or decide not to use the utensil basket.

We've had our dishwasher for 2+ years. The low sound is excellent. Capacity is incredible! We can shift the height of the middle rack in order for fitting large items on the bottom, I.e. buckets, organic waste bin, etc. The auto open/steam feature is so good!

we have been using this dishwasher for approximately one and a half years and are slightly disappointed due to not being able to fill the dishwasher and have the dishes come clean high quality dish soap also when I bought this it says it's three shelves but there's really only two

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Larger plates don't fit in lower rack and upper rack doesn't adjust to provide more height.

What's the second time the latch is broken on the door causing the dishwasher unusable super frustrating and now it's out of warranty so I will have to pay for my 2 1/2 year-old dishwasher to be fixed once again. Most of the racks have chipped paint so they're all rusty. The very top ““ third rack is pointless because nothing gets cleaned up there. We have all Samsung appliances, washer dryer, refrigerator range microwave and this is by far the worst dishwasher we have ever owned.

It's over Samsung, after three appliances i'm replacing them all with another brand. The dishwasher is the last straw. From the first weeks it started falling apart. Its best feature is the quietness, but the build quality is so low it does not make up for the low db. The plastic, the coatings, the metal… it's all so cheap, thin, and poor tolerances. Every. single. time. you push the bottom rack in, the wheels catch. Push harder, the whole rack falls off the track. wiggle it, nope. you have to stand over it and use two hands and upward pressure to gently slide it back in. The rotating things that spray water, yeah they fall off all the time. randomly doesn't completely drain so within ha few hours you can smell it. check the drain, totally clear. I feel bad for people tjat own this machine that are not handy. I am constantly rebuilding sections of it so it keeps working. One last slightly positive thing… the electronics have it given out like other appliance makers. My advice, stop lowering the engineering specs to ‘just good enough' to get past warranty. it's killing your brand. use better and thicker materials. the fstainless steel face has to be a few. 25 millimeters thick, in the right light it ripples like it's paper.

I purchased a Samsung because of the quality of the other Samsung products I own. This was a big mistake. A year and 2 weeks after purchase, the door latch failed and the part is nowhere to be found. The repairman who came to check it out can't find it, either. Cheap plastic part is preventing me from using my expensive (compared to others).dishwasher.
