I like that the door opens when dishes are clean taking the guess work out wondering if they are clean or dirty. There is also a 3rd shelf for knives or other utensils when you run out of space in the basket or decide not to use the utensil basket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This, so far, is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It is so quiet, sometimes I wonder if it is on. The sanitizing feature is great. My dishes always come out clean and mostly dry. There are occasions where there is some moisture left, but too little to fault the overall value of this fine machine. I absolutely love the top tray feature for silverware. The overall capacity of this unit is amazing. I easily fit my pots and pans in it. The controls are easy to use and hidden from view on the top edge of the door. The exterior looks great and seems to hold well to the resistance of fingerprints. I am very glad I bought this model and brand. I also bought the Samsung stove. But that review is for another day. 😀

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher!! It's not totally silent but runs quietly and when the cycle is over the dor pops open which is a great feature!! I didn't think I would use the upe tray bu I do and I find it convenient beyond belief. Capacity wise it is large with a great amount of space for any size dish or casserole etc. I have 3 Samsung appliances and I love them al!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with this Dishwasher. Very impressed about how much we can get into it. We have three dogs and it hides the prints that the dogs leave behind very well. I find that I don't have to clean it near as often as the old machine because there's hardly any fingerprints left on the finish. As far as noise, it's so quiet I hardly know that it's even running. If I'm disappointed about anything, it's the lower racks. Uh, the angle that they're at makes it hard to get the dishes in the way I'd like to, but I'm still very happy with the machine. Overall, I'm very happy with Samsung's technology. I have gotten a lot of their products over the years. I prefer purchasing directly from, uh, the company itself.

we have been using this dishwasher for approximately one and a half years and are slightly disappointed due to not being able to fill the dishwasher and have the dishes come clean high quality dish soap also when I bought this it says it's three shelves but there's really only two

Decent dishwasher but the rack system sucks. Angled dividers really make it hard to load stuff both bottom and second rack. The top top shelf is worthless. There isn't even any sprayers up there. I have had this for a year now.

It's over Samsung, after three appliances i'm replacing them all with another brand. The dishwasher is the last straw. From the first weeks it started falling apart. Its best feature is the quietness, but the build quality is so low it does not make up for the low db. The plastic, the coatings, the metal… it's all so cheap, thin, and poor tolerances. Every. single. time. you push the bottom rack in, the wheels catch. Push harder, the whole rack falls off the track. wiggle it, nope. you have to stand over it and use two hands and upward pressure to gently slide it back in. The rotating things that spray water, yeah they fall off all the time. randomly doesn't completely drain so within ha few hours you can smell it. check the drain, totally clear. I feel bad for people tjat own this machine that are not handy. I am constantly rebuilding sections of it so it keeps working. One last slightly positive thing… the electronics have it given out like other appliance makers. My advice, stop lowering the engineering specs to ‘just good enough' to get past warranty. it's killing your brand. use better and thicker materials. the fstainless steel face has to be a few. 25 millimeters thick, in the right light it ripples like it's paper.

I bought a house a year ago that came with this dishwasher, has an April 2024 date on it, the racks are terrible, it doesn't fit dishes, already showing a decade of wear, and today the plastic threaded feet stripped, so the thing tilts front left, and spilled out a ton of water since it broke during a cycle. The only option I have now is to shim it up! Worst dishwasher I have ever owned

I bought this dishwasher a year ago. A week before my warranty was up the latch broke and it won't close. That same week my dad passed unexpectedly. I reached out to schedule service assuming I was covered. I found out it expired the week before. Sorry planning a funeral cost me the week to get it covered. Samsung would not do ANYTHING! I will never buy another product from them based on a product breaking within a year and a company that won't stand behind it!!! It's not a company you want to do business with.
