I was surprised at how comfortable this chair was when I sat in it while shopping at Sam's Club. It was not only making my sciatic back pain into a dull whisper, it was also 1/3rd cheaper than the name brand, high-end competitor chair. I'm excited to use this as my new office chair while working from home.

Bought to replace my work office chair. This gamer chair is outstanding! They didn't have a display to try out so I bought it knowing I may have to take it back. No way! The base cushion is thick and really really comfy! The three position recline lock was a requirement for me and it's perfect. The head rest hits in just the right spot. I'm 5 9 and it's unbelievably excellent. The arms are multiple adjustable as well for height, in and out and foward and back. I test sat in a bunch of other gamer chairs at office stores. Not enough adjustments or padding in the seat. For this price, I couldn't ask for anything better.

I purchased this gamer's chair recently as a Black Friday deal 😃! And I am really happy 😆 that I did! This is truly one of the most comfortable desk chairs with amazing lumbar support that I have purchased in a long time 😳! I really felt like I had to invest in a high quality chair 🌟 because my back, neck and shoulders were hurting from previous chairs I had purchased that really didn't have any strong support. It came with paper instructions attached to the plastic wrap protecting the seat part 💺 of my chair. The instructions were pretty reasonable and simple to follow. And I was able to assemble my new chair in a short amount of time, within an hour 🙂! Mainly because I am a petite person and I put this together myself. I think most people can assemble this fairly quickly. If you have at least one other person to help, you can assemble this much quicker. But even with just one person, it is completely do-able in a short amount of time 😃! I really ❤️ this chair 🥰!! And although I am certainly not a gamer 🎮 myself, I really can sit in this chair for long periods and work comfortably ☺️ at my desk on major projects! We purchased this chair from Sam's Club in February and used it for about two months before returning it. Assembly was simple, the surface materials appear durable and higher quality for the price paid ($150). The seat area is plush, wide, and comfortable. The biggest problem with this chair is the back area is too short at about 27 inches tall. Due to the low seat height the location of the head rest causes extreme upper back/neck pain for taller adults over 5' 11" tall. The fixed headrest is angled in such a way that it pushes against your upper back while leaning back or sitting upright in the chair. The arm rests are soft and comfortable, but they don't lock in place and move around with only slight pressure, this is annoying when sitting down or standing up from the chair. It's surprising that the manufacturer does not offer a "XL" version for more money to accommodate taller adults. If you are a taller adult look for a chair with a back area at least 33" in height. Our search continues.

At 6'1 230lbs the headrest is a little shorter then previous thought.( Reaches up to my neck) Cushion is firm but hurts after a couple of hours. Not a fan of the arm rest as it swivels outwards too easily/loosely and doesn't have support for elbows at a relaxed position. Fine at an 90° upright position. Might have to return and get a big and tall office chair. Decent for the price but designed for average to smaller person imo.

Hello My Friends. Let me start by letting you know that I always tell the truth. I am for real. And I am very particular about my gaming chairs. This chair is a 10/10. It's that simple. Extremely comfortable. Extremely easy to build. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed. Peace gamers!

I bought this chair because I'm a computer heavy user and my old chair was very old ang giving me back problems, so I went to Sams looking for a replacement. At the moment there was three options. A executive chair of $300 bucks, but not ergonomical. A Serta brand at the cheap price of $99, with heavy padding and gel foam filled. And this gamers chair that said was ergonomical at $170(taxes included). Believing it was ergonomical designed for people who do much work on computers as the box displayed, I bought it and assembled in my home. Unfortunately, the first day was comfy and relaxing. But the second day I began to have back pain again and worsening. Now I'm using as a hamper in ones of my bedrooms corner. I don't recommend this product for people with back problems, my experience was a waste of money. I think that Serta's simple chair would have given me more comfort and relief than this product. Unfortunately, because my back problems its too difficult for to take it back to Sams for a refund. I expect it will be useful for offering it for people visiting my home.

Wonderful !!! I'm an older retired guy 5'10". I play a lot of guitar about 2 to 3 hrs a day... so I did not install the arms... to have access to the guitars lower body and neck. This chair worked out Wonderful for this. It feels very sturdy with great seat and back support. Since the arms attach only to the seat bottom... leaving them off does not effect the structural integrity between the seat and back. Everything else works as it should. I also watch too much TV... but it's great to have such a comfy chair. I could not be happier !

Thought this would be the answer for my chair adjustment needs .... nope! The chair seat is not comfortable, the arm rests move very easily and still has "stops" instead of sliding adjustments. The back angle does not lock into place. The chair raise and lower feature is in a very odd location and unhandy (should have been closer to the front of the chair instead of back behind the arm rest).

I just replaced my chair of 4yrs and I should have done it much sooner. It wasn't comfortable enough for 8hrs. I am giving this five stars because I am so pleased with my purchase at this time, only had it for two days and I can already tell the difference in how I feel after 8hrs at my desk. My ankles /feet aren't hurting anymore, and most of the time when I get off, I just want to go and flop flop fizz fizz to my bed. Today I don't even need to lie down and prop my feet up. My backside doesn't feel like I need a massage. Very very comfortable chair, very sturdy no more extra pillows. I'll check back in six months.
