The chair takes some getting used to, but then it is comfortable. It is a bit firmer than most - but that should make it last longer than chairs using a memory foam base (this one has coil springs). Since it is rated for up to 300 lbs., the back angle is rather stiff even in the loosest position on the dial. Also, the dial is very difficult to turn/adjust. This is in part to the flimsy cover on it which should have been hard plastic. I had to use a wrench to turn it, but once you get it where it feels right you won't have to mess with it again. Assembly is straight forward with good directions. Although I wasn't sure at first, the chair grew on me and I now like it and decided to keep it. Give it a week to get used to it. I think it's a good quality chair for the price. I'd rather have quality vinyl than that pressed leather that crumbles off that some chairs use. I did have to call Customer Service on the angle lock adjustment and actually got to talk to a real human being in a short amount of wait time - which was refreshing these days.

Hello My Friends. Let me start by letting you know that I always tell the truth. I am for real. And I am very particular about my gaming chairs. This chair is a 10/10. It's that simple. Extremely comfortable. Extremely easy to build. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed. Peace gamers!

Wonderful !!! I'm an older retired guy 5'10". I play a lot of guitar about 2 to 3 hrs a day... so I did not install the arms... to have access to the guitars lower body and neck. This chair worked out Wonderful for this. It feels very sturdy with great seat and back support. Since the arms attach only to the seat bottom... leaving them off does not effect the structural integrity between the seat and back. Everything else works as it should. I also watch too much TV... but it's great to have such a comfy chair. I could not be happier !

Super comfortable

Great price. Very comfortable and well-made

Love this chair enough to replace it after rise piston failed.

Owned a lot of office chairs, best one I’ve ever had. I work from home and spend a lot of time in this chair. After 4yrs it’s still in same shape as when I got it. I’m 6’3” 250lbs, very comfortable for me.

Third class chair and materials. Chair didn’t even last 1 year. Seat springs came out. Horrible quality. Sam’s needs to refund my money back for carrying such poor equipment.

One of the Best Chairs I've ever gotten. Soft and comfortable can sit in for hours and it seems like it gets more comfortable.

Love this chair. Bought another one for home office as i liked ot so much. Very comfortable and sturdy
