The chair is simple to assemble. However, some of the threading on the seat is already unraveling, so make sure you purchase insurance. On the other hand, it's very comfy & roomy

Bought this for my husband and I and we have no regrets! No more back pain! We work from home and sit for extended periods of time. This chair makes you forget that you need to get up lol and this price point is on point! Again no regrets!

The cushion is soft, the chair is sturdy and heavy. The back doesn't come up all the way to the top of my head but that's alright. One of the better chairs I've had.

Very comfortable chair that I use daily for my home office. Seems well designed and sturdy. I hope it holds up to my daily use. So far I highly recommend.

I am 5'11" and weigh 270 pounds. I ordered the chair from Sam's Club in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. It took twenty minutes to assemble. This chair is very comfortable and functional, and the $180 Sam's Club price was fantastic. I highly recommend this chair for your computer room - pairing it with a glass floor mat makes this thing glide (see picture)

Super comfortable

For $149, this chair gets 5 stars!!! I am 5'7" 280 lbs and this chair is very comfortable and fits me well. The seat ESPECIALLY with the coils. The only change I would want is a more adjustable neck portion, but overall solvable with small pillow to rest my head on. I have been through so many of the other ergonomic chairs, but if you are over 220 pounds you need to lean towards seat cushion - this chair is it!! The interesting feature of this chair is 3 locking positions. Straight up, midway back, and alllll the way back. I am currently typing this relaxed in the midway back position with my feet propped up on a small stool. I have tried La-Z-Boy and Serta and X-Chair and Steelcase, this is so much cheaper and actually better and just works. BUY IT.

Bought this to replace the Serta chair I’d bought last year from Sam’s, which became unacceptably noisy/squeaky. I have tried a lot of gamer chair previously and found most of them lacking in padding or comfort, but this one has been perfect. I’m 6'3" and weight 250lbs, and this chair is adequate for my frame. I wish the headrest were a bit taller, but I mainly use this for work and not reclining, so i have no real complaints there. And the main problem I was solving with this chair was to eliminate the squeakiness of my previous chair — I have to admit that every time i sit down in this chair, i feel a glow of pleasure because i don’t hear the chair complaining about having to get to work again! I am able to work in blessed silence, and that is more pleasurable than I expected! Beyond that the lumbar support is good, the seat cushioning is excellent. I have peripheral neuropathy, so I need to be careful about how much pressure is applied to the back of my legs (I need to maintain good circulation). And there’s never been any undue pressure on my hamstrings, and my butt never feels sore or numb from extended work sessions (I often work 9-11 hours at a stretch).

I bought this chair because I'm a computer heavy user and my old chair was very old ang giving me back problems, so I went to Sams looking for a replacement. At the moment there was three options. A executive chair of $300 bucks, but not ergonomical. A Serta brand at the cheap price of $99, with heavy padding and gel foam filled. And this gamers chair that said was ergonomical at $170(taxes included). Believing it was ergonomical designed for people who do much work on computers as the box displayed, I bought it and assembled in my home. Unfortunately, the first day was comfy and relaxing. But the second day I began to have back pain again and worsening. Now I'm using as a hamper in ones of my bedrooms corner. I don't recommend this product for people with back problems, my experience was a waste of money. I think that Serta's simple chair would have given me more comfort and relief than this product. Unfortunately, because my back problems its too difficult for to take it back to Sams for a refund. I expect it will be useful for offering it for people visiting my home.
