This chair is very comfortable. I ended up with 3. We are around 5’4”-5’5” and it fits us well. At the highest level we need a foot rest, but the back and neck support are outstanding. It was a little tricky to put together with all of the screws and took about 40 minutes. One of the wheel grommets was slightly bent on one of the chairs, otherwise it went together well.

This chair is excellent, and in the history of assembly instructions, this has the clearest directions we have ever read. All of the parts were labeled with arrows, the steps were easy to understand, and assembly only took a few minutes. On top of that, it is a sleek, comfortable chair. I highly recommend it if you need to sit for long periods of time.

Nice, comfortable chair. Doesn’t take up a lot of space, looks nice and hopefully will hold up well. I looked at other similar chairs and they were almost double the price.

Despite the name this chair is a versatile office chair. For the price its comfort is basically unmatched. The foam padding and adjustment features feel bombproof, and as if they'll last a very long time. This is no Herman Miller, or Steelcase, but it's very good and punches far above its weight.

I am 5'11" and weigh 270 pounds. I ordered the chair from Sam's Club in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. It took twenty minutes to assemble. This chair is very comfortable and functional, and the $180 Sam's Club price was fantastic. I highly recommend this chair for your computer room - pairing it with a glass floor mat makes this thing glide (see picture)

I bought this chair over a year ago for computer gaming. It has held up so well I purchased a 2nd one for my home office. I've owned dozens of similar chairs and while they all start out pretty great, very few continue to be comfortable after 6 months of use. Not this baby, the one I bought a year ago is just a comfortable as the new I purchased and it gets a lot of use... on average 45 hours a week.

This chair is so comfortable. Good for long bouts of sitting at a computer and desk. Highly recommend. The arm rests go up and down, as well as swivel side to side. I do wish they went a little higher, but I added an arm rest pad and it’s perfect. I changed the wheels to rollerblade wheels, so not sure if the original wheels are any good.

I love this chair! I work from home and am in that chair for hours straight. Comfortable and roomy. No more sore butt or back. If the arm rests could stay stationary, I'd give it an A+ instead of an A. It was a challenge for this 66 yr old lady to put together by myself, but I did it, and am glad I did. Highly recommend.

Oh My!!!!!! Where has this chair been all my life. Saying this chair is comfortable is an understatement. I have gone through so many gamers' chairs and while they were comfortable, that died shortly afterwards. This however is so comfortable. I have sat in front of my computer for 8 hours and not once did my backside scream in revolt. The seat is very soft and wide. The armrests are spaced rather far apart so you don't necessarily get the comfort of resting your elbows on them like any other office chair. Reclining back in the chair is a dream. Prop your feet up and you just might fall asleep. We have 2 of these chairs and we both agree this was definitely worth the purchase.

The Pros- width is great, I’m not a small person and I have ample room. It’s comfortable and supportive. The Cons- for me, the arm adjustability is a joke. They move in all directions about an inch. So no real added benefit. But overall it’s a solid heavy duty chair.
