Very comfortable and seems to be solid. The seat cushion has the right combination of firmness and cushion. It is a wide seat and deep. When seated, the front comes up to my knees and I am 6' tall. If this holds up over time, it is a very good purchase

Awkward to assemble--probably no worse than others, though. Limited ability to make adjustments (specifically height and tilt), Defect in seam stitching. I have had better chairs in this price range. Very disappointed, though I am going to keep it because I don't want the hassle of returning it.

I purchased this chair after seeing all the positive reviews, and was hoping it would be comfortable. Assembly was standard and I liked all the adjustments with the arm rests. However, when I sat in it, the seat was clearly designed for someone shorter than me (I'm 6'2"). The headrest wasn't tall enough and it was uncomfortable on my back. If I was a bit shorter (maybe 5'10" or less), it would be perfect. Unfortunately there was no assembled model at my local Sam's Club for me to discover this before purchasing, so I ended up returning it.

Nice chair, good price. The adjustable arm rests. swivel and slide forward and back to easily. need a way to lock them in your preferred place. I drilled and ran screws up from the bottom to secure mine.

Nice chair and at an affordable price! My only complaint is the arms dont adjust up and down. It's comfortable for hours of gaming and has a nice sturdy feel to it.

I'm a 6'5" 285lbs guy that bought this chair for gaming and the wife took it over for her office chair, because it was so comfortable!! I will be purchasing another in a few days.
