We purchased this chair from Sam's Club in February and used it for about two months before returning it. Assembly was simple, the surface materials appear durable and higher quality for the price paid ($150). The seat area is plush, wide, and comfortable. The biggest problem with this chair is the back area is too short at about 27 inches tall. Due to the low seat height the location of the head rest causes extreme upper back/neck pain for taller adults over 5' 11" tall. The fixed headrest is angled in such a way that it pushes against your upper back while leaning back or sitting upright in the chair. The arm rests are soft and comfortable, but they don't lock in place and move around with only slight pressure, this is annoying when sitting down or standing up from the chair. It's surprising that the manufacturer does not offer a "XL" version for more money to accommodate taller adults. If you are a taller adult look for a chair with a back area at least 33" in height. Our search continues.

Very comfortable. Good back support. Sturdy. Moves, swivels smoothly. More expensive chairs I looked at didn't seem to offer the same back support. The gaming chair I had before was fine to lean back in but no back support for sitting up straight. Also since I'm a bit heavier, this chair has a higher weight limit than most.

This chair is so comfortable. Good for long bouts of sitting at a computer and desk. Highly recommend. The arm rests go up and down, as well as swivel side to side. I do wish they went a little higher, but I added an arm rest pad and it’s perfect. I changed the wheels to rollerblade wheels, so not sure if the original wheels are any good.

Very comfortable and seems to be solid. The seat cushion has the right combination of firmness and cushion. It is a wide seat and deep. When seated, the front comes up to my knees and I am 6' tall. If this holds up over time, it is a very good purchase

I love this chair! I work from home and am in that chair for hours straight. Comfortable and roomy. No more sore butt or back. If the arm rests could stay stationary, I'd give it an A+ instead of an A. It was a challenge for this 66 yr old lady to put together by myself, but I did it, and am glad I did. Highly recommend.

very comfortable chair. The longer you sit on it you will realize that the fabric part of it will not feel as good as it did at first. maybe not the best for long gaming sessions. The chair is high quality and its firm enough to support your back. if it was all leather would have been 5 stars.

The chair was fairly easy to put together with one person. I wasn't strong enough to push the wheels into the base so I ended up using a little mallet. I really like this chair. It's really comfortable. Glides well. My only minor issue is the armrest. It's slides back and forth. And the way I hop into the chair at all of 5'2, I keep sliding those stupid armrests forward. So then I have to slide them back. That's my only issue. The chair was a great price when I bought it! It's super comfortable. Easy to clean. You're not going to go wrong buying this chair!

I purchased this chair after seeing all the positive reviews, and was hoping it would be comfortable. Assembly was standard and I liked all the adjustments with the arm rests. However, when I sat in it, the seat was clearly designed for someone shorter than me (I'm 6'2"). The headrest wasn't tall enough and it was uncomfortable on my back. If I was a bit shorter (maybe 5'10" or less), it would be perfect. Unfortunately there was no assembled model at my local Sam's Club for me to discover this before purchasing, so I ended up returning it.

Nice comfortable chair. But it will not go low enough for my wife's feet to touch the ground probably going to have to return it.

I bought this chair in March 2024. Pro: This chair remarkably has saved my back from daily pain. Con: The material is thin and can rub and rupture easily on the desk when turning to get in and out of.
