I use these for my Christmas gifts. I put everything in the bins instead of wrapping everything each person has their own storage bin and they have something to take the stuff home in so I've done that for a few years and I'll love it. The sheets are soft and comfortable. The liquid IV is a life saver for me. I dehydrate easily so drinking two of these everyday controlled my dehydration problems.

Like the taste really well. Helps to have on hand especially since the viruses are starting to make their rounds. Just add it to water to drink to replenish your electrolytes.

The flavor isn't over powerful, and I like that it's sugar free. It doesn't have the weird aftertaste that some sugar free drink mixes do. It's great if you are sensitive to acidic drinks cuz it's less acidic than the other flavors, that's why I get this one.

I’ve been battling with feeling dehydrated for over 30 years. Dry, itchy arms and legs with awful itching. I tried everything. About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease, stage 2-3 liver fibrosis, and terrible thirst. Also in the last few years I’ve had dry, itchy eyes, and really bad dehydrated lips and mouth. The worse issue I had to deal with was being consistently tired It was worse than the flu. In 3 days of mixing one pack of Liquid I.V. With 32oz of tap water and ice, I started feeling better. First were my lips that are now feeling moist almost e dry minute of every day. My skin is no longer dry and itching all the time, every day. I found them at Sam’s Club in the pharmacy area.

I'm a teacher and some days I can't drink enough to stay hydrated. I'm also perimenopausal and dehydration wakes me up at night. The flavor doesn't quite do it for me, but if I add the juice from a lemon - YUM!!! Such a delicious and refreshing way to rehydrate and get my electrolytes! This is my go-to for hydration now!

I like the taste and I make sure if I fall short on my water during the week or had some alcoholic beverages the night before I make it a point to have some the next day. It does help.

very sweet, almost nauseating but its the only thing non-sugar with this particular brand recommended by my primary care @ VA. Taking Wegovy and got diarrhea; supposed to replenish electrolytes. The other option is the sugar enhanced and its worse. If you ever had to do a colonoscopy with all that fluid you mixed in preparation...this is like that. The other sports drinks have electrolytes also but they are all sugared up too. Suppose if you must, then, again, this is what the VA recommended.
