I use this to make my own gelatin dessert from beef gelatin. It smells wonderful, tastes great. And I feel that homemade gelatin is bound to be healthier than the name brand that rhymes with "yellow". As for its intended purpose, I don't know how well it replenishes electrolytes; I just see it as an added bonus if it does.

I've been using Liquid I.V. for a while and wanted to try the Sugar-Free White Peach flavor. As far as hydration and effectiveness go, this product is fantastic. It genuinely helps me feel replenished and energized, especially after a tough workout or a long day. It dissolves quickly and is a convenient way to get extra electrolytes and vitamins without any sugar. However, I have to agree with some others: the White Peach flavor is very strong and quite intense. It is definitely a luscious and sweet peach, but it can be quite overwhelming if you're not used to highly flavored drinks. For the best experience, I strongly recommend diluting it more than the package suggests. I found that mixing half a packet with a larger amount of water (around 24-32 oz) made the flavor much more enjoyable and less overpowering. Overall: A highly effective, sugar-free hydration product. Just be prepared for a very bold peach flavor and don't be afraid to add extra water to find your perfect balance!

very sweet, almost nauseating but its the only thing non-sugar with this particular brand recommended by my primary care @ VA. Taking Wegovy and got diarrhea; supposed to replenish electrolytes. The other option is the sugar enhanced and its worse. If you ever had to do a colonoscopy with all that fluid you mixed in preparation...this is like that. The other sports drinks have electrolytes also but they are all sugared up too. Suppose if you must, then, again, this is what the VA recommended.

I purchased this for my mother in law who is suppose to drink pedialyte. She dors not like the taste of the pedialye, but she loves the peach in this and after having bloodwork, the doctors told her to continue because her levels are where they need to be. I honestly dont know on the price comparison so wasnt able to give it a 5, you would have to look into that. I was just trying to find something that she did not dread

Tried several varieties of these electrolyte products. They all have a horrible taste to them. This one is tolerable. Don’t get me wrong - it’s not the best drink you’ve ever had - but you can get it down without feeling ill.

I start every morning with a sugar-free Liquid IV. All the hydration, but none of the extra sugar and calories! The White Peach flavor is my favorite!

Seven months pregnant and this has been my go to to keep me hydrated. The taste is good ,mixes well, easy to use and convenient little pouches to take with you. Highly recommended

The peach flavor is particularly good. I think it's very it's for this kind of drink. It's it's pretty peachy no but clean no you can. It's like you can taste it. It's good. I recommend this liquid IV to anyone that once hydration. This is the one I gave it to you and his flavorful for everything you've given me.

I use this product weekly. I am a diabetic and high blood sugar causes dehydration. I have had several falls due to this issue I found Liquid IV and use it at least every other day to avoid the shakes and light headedness. I wok out at the gym and I use one after especially hard workouts. The flavors vary and there is a flavor for ever taste bud I prefer the white peach. I wish it was a little cheaper, but that is my only complaint.

I was pleasantly surprised how "peachy" this tasted! After many months it's still one of my favorites, although I love the pear and the pina colada flavors as well. Liquid IV overall has been a really good help addressing my often-depleted electrolytes. Although it's on the expensive side, I think Liquid IV is definitely worth it. The inclusion of multiple types of Vitamin B and Vitamin C makes a big difference, I think. I don't see the same vitamins in other electrolyte powders.
