I love liquid IV and have been using it since it first came out and the only flavor was lemon-lime! I have tried many flavors and the SF White Peach is definitely my favorite. They are kinda spendy but I only use a half packet in my 40oz Stanley along with a packet of the crush or Sunkist sf pineapple drink packet. It’s the best tasting combo and doesn’t have any fake or chemical taste like some sf drinks.

My daughter loves these, works well for her to get that extra hydration. Generally good all around, whole family loves them!! Great taste without all the salt aftertaste like with the other liquid iv flavors, sugar free is a plus!!

even mixed in tea i cant stomach this. i love almost all sf drink mixes but somthing about this is hard to swallow. got some since i was dehydrated but in it actually make it worse since i was struggling to drink it

If you are active in the heat, you should use this. My daughter gets dehydrated easily, even when drinking lots of water. She uses this and it helps so she does not get dehydrated during long days in the heat at the softball field.

It is a little too tart for my preference. I did have to increase the amount of water to almost 2.5 cups for the tartness %26 sweetness to be palatable. I wouldn't buy it again - unless it is necessary to boost my electrolyte consumption.

Mom is 97 and needs help to keep hydrated. She likes the peachy flavor which we add to plain water. I tasted it and think it could be less sweet personally. Her medicine causes constipation and this really helps that problem.

Like the taste really well. Helps to have on hand especially since the viruses are starting to make their rounds. Just add it to water to drink to replenish your electrolytes.

Taste great and really helps to rehydrate your body best thing I have found besides a hospital where I usually end up from being so dehydrated especially cuz I only weigh 100 lbs at 42 yrs old and have 7 kids got to stay healthy for them I’m all they have just a mom no other family so mom don’t have time to be sick or get sick these are the perfect things for that

I very much like the flavor, as long as I get the correct amount of water. I'm having a difficult time figuring out that right amount, though. It isn't the recommended amount, that is too strong. The right amount makes it taste like a real peach. Enough to taste the fuzz. I LOVE that it is sugar free.

I decided to buy these after someone recommended that I try some electrolytes as I am often working outside and sweating. I like most things that are peach flavored, so I opted for this flavor. I liked that it was a sugar free option and it doesn’t have crazy dyes, but baby when I tell you I was fighting for my life to get to the bathroom for about 12 hours. I don’t like things really sweet, so I used the pack with 96 ounces of water. I had been working outside, so I was sweaty, hot and thirsty. I began drinking and maybe an hour or two later I noticed some rumbling in my stomach, but I didn’t think it was too serious. It wasn’t until I was about to leave the house and I felt like I had really bad gas. Baby when I tell you I made the fastest beeline for the bathroom. My day was canceled, because there was no way I was chancing going too far away from the toilet. Violent bouts of gas and being terrified to expel that gas, so I had to throne myself on the porcelain seat when I felt my stomach rumble. It’s a mess, because I liked the flavor once I diluted it enough. My stomach and bum can’t take the aftermath.
