[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pieces didn’t not fit together well at all. Terrible match up for pieces. No pre-drilling required in instructions, but an absolute necessity. After pre-drilling the pieces still did not fit together well. Plastic ****. Boo!

We were looking for a box to store deck cushions and " related stuff". After spending hours researching related products I ordered this box, Lifetime 130 gallon storage/deck box. I had looked at another brand in the store butnit just didn't feel sturdy. The box arrived via Fed Ex in great shape. Assembly was pretty easy, after watching the youtube tutorial a few times. My husband helped when a second set of hands and opinion was needed. The package was one screw short. I got online and emailed customer service. This was the most complicated step in the whole process for me. They required a copy of my receipt, model and product number. One of the numbers was not where the website assured me it was. Instead it was on a sticker inside the lid. Finally armed with all the necessary information they said an order was put in for One (1) missing screw. I was prepared to make a trip to town to buy said screw. My only real issue so far- I under estimated the size of the box we need. Probably should have built a pool house.
