I have owned 3 different steamers and this beats them all. The price was amazing compared to the other stores. It cleans and doesn’t streak like the others I’ve had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large square footage of tile in my home. The SpinWave with SmartSteam makes it easy to keep it all clean. I have cats. I having clean floors without the need for chemical cleaners that could harm my pets.

This is a easy to use "steam" mop, and I bought it on sale. We have tile floors, and they are not easy to keep clean with a dog. Overall, I am pleased with the spin mop. It was a little bit of a challenge to assemble it due mainly to the instructions being very short. It came with a total of 4 mop heads, which is good. I would suggest that your floors be wet mopped and allowed to dry immediately before using this mop because the pads become very dirty quickly is the floor is not pre-mopped. As I said, overall I am quite pleased with the tool, and will know more based on its longevity.

Unfortunately like all other bissell products, this steam mop is not built to last. We have owned for ~1.5yrs, using once weekly. The product worked up until about 2wks ago where the water tank valve gasket broke. This appears to be a common problem with this device. We purchased replacement part to no avail. Bissell is not as good as it once was, consider another brand if you would like your steam mop to last

So far, so good.....I used this twice now, and all 4 mop pads were dirty.....I am washing them now, and will repeat until they are no longer dirty lol....it's SO gross to think that dirt has just been sitting there, likely for YEARS....GROSS! SO glad I got this product, hopefully it will last a LONG time, definitely 5 stars for ease of use, not wet as long as you use the pads dry to start. Recommend to Bissell to TAPE the 1 tiny screw that's needed for bottom handle part to top of handle so it's Obvious. I had no screw in my package, so a bit frustrating-- I had to wait WEEKS to get the tiny screw so I could use.

Iam in my 80's and need something that will do an excellent job with little effort on my part. This machine is perfect for for my needsand I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mop is good quality. Heavier than I would have expected. The chord is hard to maneuver so recommend cordless but wasn't sure would have same power. Would recommend, with caveat to make sure the hardwood or linoleum is Sealed.
