I love this

I bought this is December and never have been abke to use it. The mop does Not spin, no matter what I do. I take care of mh 89 year old dad who has dementia and forgot about this mop until now (March). Too late to return it and I can't take apart the handle to box it up. So frustrating! What a waste of money.

Absolutely love this steamer. My daughter tried mine while helping me clean. She was happy with the ease of using it and the clean floor. She asked for one as a Christmas gift (in May)! Sam's ran a special so I ordered one for each of my daughters who both have several dogs. They were thrilled and now their houses are cleaner and smell fresher.

I love this product, but I'm on my 3rd as it ALWAYS breaks at the mop connection, and the steam comes upwards instead of towards the floor.

i loved it but it does not have a stable stand, it fell a number of times. today, the arm finally broke sad day!
