[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the mop on my hardwood floors. I sweep first, then damp mop with a regular mop, then run the steam mop and it gets up more dirt than I ever knew I had!

I really liked this mop, but very early into my use of it. I started to get the water droplet error message. I went through all the troubleshooting and followed all the instructions. But could not fix it. So I went to replace the water tank as it suggested And there is no water tank replacement.So essentially, this is a useless mop. Might have e used it 25 times and then there was nothing I coukd do to fix or replace it.

Known issue where the hose connector near the base breaks off and lets steam up into the air instead of through the mop. Have to send your mop back and have them repair it, then it’ll happen again. About every 4-5 uses. Get something else. Wish I could get a refund.

I love this product. I am 82 years old so lifting the machine with the foot attached is a bit of a struggle for me. However, the weight of the foot is what really does the work for you. I have had the steam cleaner with the single pad and I liked it until it died. It took a lot of muscle to use it but none to move it. The SpinWave is so easy to use and does a better job than the single pad steamer. On the SpinWave you can actually see that the water is at the high temp that guarantees floors are being sanitized. With my cat, that is important. Also, it warns against using on vinyl.....but I did and it was perfect! It doesn't take a long time in any spot to cause problems with my vinyl coming up. That's not to say I recommend doing that because everybody has a different floor with a different age.

I really like the machine. It is easy to use and works great. I've only had it five months and only use it a couple of times a month. The plastic handle broke in half and now I can't use it.

The vacuum actually broke in my hand while trying to put it together. The plastic was so brittle it snapped off the Handel I was attempting to put it on. I never got to use it , so I immediately returned it. Not worth the using even if they were giving them away free.
