This dual Spinwave mop was simply amazing on our hardwoods & tile floors in our bathrooms. The best part about the system is it only uses distilled water & one can just drop the mop in the washer to clean. What a wonderful system. We will never use a swiffer again. The cost was very inexpensive considering what one receives. Thank you Bissell.

I bought this after my original spin wave broke after 4 years. I’ve not even had this a year and it’s no longer working, even when it was working the steam doesn’t come out enough to effectively clean the floors. The original spin wave is better and this was a waste of money.

Very easy to use. It works great on my tile floors and takes out stuck on spills. The water canister is a good size I can get 1-2 full cleans of my studio apt. It also leaves a fresh scent just with the water. Love it so much over regular mopping. The floor also dries twice as fast since it used less water

I was a little hesitant at first as it is a corded product, and I live in a three-story townhome but the cord is actually very long and honestly, I love the limitless cleaning power it gives me. I had an older cordless Bissell mop that gave me 20mins/charge at best. 10/10 would recommend! #sweepstakes

After all the troubleshooting, I finally found out the handle wasn't fully connected. After that it's been smooth running! Cord length is great and it sanitizes the floor well.
