I seem to have been sold a unit that was already used. Manual says install pads. Pads already installed. Says plug in and press power button. Unit already on when plugged in. No steam coming from unit

Love the concept and how it worked. But used it about five times and low and behold, the handle up top broke. Had the wires still in it so was able to finish the floor, but only made of plastic, what a stupid design since this is where you hold the machine. I could understand a plastic overlap over an aluminum tube. Have only had a couple of months, no receipt or box so off in the trash this will go. Do not buy cheaply made.

The vacuum actually broke in my hand while trying to put it together. The plastic was so brittle it snapped off the Handel I was attempting to put it on. I never got to use it , so I immediately returned it. Not worth the using even if they were giving them away free.

With 3 inside dogs, who sometimes have accidents, I never felt like my floors were getting really clean with traditional mopping. My daughter recommended I look into steam mops so I began to research them. I decided on the Bissell Spinwave SmartSteam because of its excellent reviews and reputation. I absolutely love how clean my floors are now and highly recommend it! It's very easy to assemble and the pads are easy to clean, just throw them in the washer and hang them to dry. One of my favorite features is the 25 foot power cord, which enables me to clean a large area without having to replug it into another outlet. I also love how it cleans without needing harsh detergents, just fill with filtered water, let it heat to over 200 degrees and start cleaning. I do vacuum first to get up any dog hair before using the mop. It's easy to maneuver around furniture and will even fit underneath some of my furniture. It doesn't leave any streaks on my floors and my floors dry very quickly after using the steam mops. My floors have never felt cleaner!

It's a great product but the screw keeps falling out where the head attaches to the pole, causing the steam mop head to fall off multiple times will mopping.

We've had marble floors for decades now in our laundry room, kitchen, entryway and part of the living room. I've never been able to get them clean and streak free no matter how hard I've tried. I used to dread cleaning them. This steam mop is wonderful. Assembled easily, heats up quickly, cleans and polishes our floor with ease. The pads wash up better than any I've used, too. This week I've even cleaned the floor twice because it was so easy!

Love hate this product. I've had TWO of these. They clean marvelously. The problem however is that BOTH have broken just above the mop head where the steam emanates. A small hose that supplies the rotating heads dislodges allowing steam to spew out the top of the unit. It's of little help without the steam. I returned the first one and now the second one has developed the SAME ISSUE. All-in-all it's very frustrating as I love how well it cleans if/when it functions properly.

First, this has no HEADLIGHTS, which I really wanted. More importantly, the water bottle formed an iron-sealed vacuum with the unit and I can't get it off of the unit. Will return it later today. GREAT: It is QUIET. You can listen to podcasts. Digital display is easy to figure out and large. Mop heads spin great and no human power is needed, except a bit of direction. I am sure the water bottle vacuum problem is a defect in this unit. I will get the slightly more expensive model that does have the headlights next time.
