All three metal guides were bent, so I wasn’t able to assemble the deck box. Sam’s Club requested I repack the parts for them to come pickup the box. Wouldn’t be a big deal except I am a 64 year old woman by myself and it was really stressful to try and re-pack that stuff back in the box for them to pick it up. Customer service seemed helpful but we’ll see how this all plays out in the end.

Be sure to check the box for damage. I did store pickup for two of these and the cardboard boxes were a bit of a mess. When I opened the boxes at home the tops of both deck boxes were broken. I was able to get Keter to ship replacement parts and they came quickly, but it was still an inconvenience. The deck boxes were easy to put together and exactly what I needed.

This item arrived in a timely fashion, intact and soooo easy to put together!! A perfect fit for where I needed it to go (on a covered carport), perfect depth for me and the grandkids to reach in without falling in (hey for us shorties that is a real concern!!)!! I am so pleased with this purchase highly recommend this to everyone!!

Ordered this item to use for outdoor storage near our fire pit area. Once my husband got it put together we were both surprised by how large it actually was. When opened, the top stays up so that you don't have to worry about the lid dropping onto your hands while reaching inside. I noticed reviews from other folks complaining about water getting into the deck box; so I made it a point to check the inside ours after several days of relentless rain. No water inside the deck box, no drips to be seen; everything inside the box was dry. Expectations met! I'm very satisfied with this item. I higly recommend it.

This is our third storage box from Sam’s our first one was great that’s why we wanted another one. We ordered one online for pickup and the girl brought it out and I saw the box was damaged so I said let me look at it to see if it’s damaged. The young lady pushed it up in the trunk of our car and ran back in the store I had never seen anybody move that fast. We got it home opened up and sure enough it was damaged. So we returned it but there none in the store so I ordered it for delivery. We received it and the box was damaged but we still opened it hoping it was ok but nope it was also broken so I call service and they said I would have to take it to a fedex to return it And a replacement would be sent. I’m praying that this one comes without damage if not I will just get a refund and buy one somewhere else.

Our deck box has been perfect for our house! There’s room for all of our outdoor furniture, cushions and chairs. It rained really hard a few weeks ago and our belongings were kept safeit looks great on

This was my 3rd box purchased and i was disappointed. It did not fit together well and as a result, when completed is not the same quality as the others. I would return, but too much work to have to disassemble, take back and rebuild.

This box is a big footprint so measure carefully. It holds our pool supplies and propane bottles. Very pleased. Nice appeal, great quality and good price!

Item came damaged from shipping and damaged parts came from factory. Called factory and they said replacement parts were unavailable and try back in 60 days. Don't waste your time with this company.

The crack in the right corner panel went unnoticed until I began assembling it with the major piece, realizing too late that it was too late to disassemble everything.
