unit sent in white which is what was asked for but came damaged. we returned to local Sam's club & were told they won't supply them until spring if at all but it won't be in the white color if the got any.

I bought two of these and they are awesome, we keep one out on our pool deck and keep cushions and towels in it. Even in the torrential rainstorm, the contents remain dry.

Product seems decent but one of the molded products was not wide enough to fit correctly. Sent an email to them after calling number and being directed to internet. They responded they'd get back to me. Then, three days later they sent me an email telling me the description and pictures and other info I provided would have to be put into a claim on the web. So Now it's five days since I asked of rhelp and they want me to go do everything again so I can get the product I paid for in the first pace. Wondering if they'll every send me the $0.05 molded plastic piece that didn't work.

POOR KETER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great service from sams club. I purchased this from Sam's while it was on sale. the order took a week+ to get here but that was a FedX problem. The package arrived damaged and I called Keter. The person on the phone stated they could not help and I had to file a customer service request online to get help. I also asked about time frames and they stated 2 days to respond and 1 week for replacement parts. I filled out the customer service request and still heard nothing from them 10 days later I sent a complaint letter via email and received another customer complaint request number. They are the worst service company that I have ever dealt with. Sam's helped when I called them. Sam's sent a call tag for the old one. and sent me a replacement that arrived in better condition all within 4 days. 5 stars for sams customer service and 0 stars for Keter.

I bought this for all of my outside cushions and it is great to say the least. I have swing cushions and they fit perfectly with out having to fold them. Even my umbrellas for my tables, fit inside. Just make sure you have room for it, because it is pretty big. 5’ long x 28”. Would definitely recommend!

The product is nice however a return must have been shipped to me because the box was taped all over on the long side which made sense only after I saw the broken parts. When I started to put it together there were two breaks. One was minor and I ignored it. But the other one was one of the legs and I used big tapes to close the opening because the broken piece was missing so it was a big opening. I would have returned it but I had already broke down the box and put it in the recycle bin. I want at least my non membership money to be returned!

Purchased and assembled today. Parts are labeled pretty well, except for 2 of them (I used the photos to figure it out). It went together pretty easily and can be done by one person, but having two is nice. It's a great size and perfect for what we want. It hasn't rained yet, so can't say how well it does in the rain. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it smells like a public restroom. The smell was apparent once I opened the box. Im hoping once it airs out the smell will be gone.

This is the 3rd box I have purchase in the last 10 years. The box works just fine and it would seem to last for quite some time if it weren't for the hinges rusting through and breaking. I tried painting them with the 2nd box after installation. That seemed to help extend its life. This time I have painted all of the metal prior to assembly (except for the pneumatic shaft) and we will see how that works.

I can't say how good this box is since I've been busy and haven't been able to put together yet however how this was delivered is so typical of sams club. Never received an email that was shipped and I checked all my folders. I'm watching this carefully because I never know if, when or how fedex delivers. Last week when I checked I notice it's shipped. The website today, not last week says delivery by the 15th. Todays the 16th. Checked tracking and again today it says delivery by friday but the tracking also says out for delivery. Then the next day it was delivered and I got two emails. 1) your order was shipped, 2) your order was delivered on time. what the

The outdoor storage box is perfect for all kinds of storage. Ours is on the patio to store our outdoor cushions when not in use. It was easy to build, came with all the tools...but we used our own since it was a bit quicker. We live on 2 acres, so no shortage of little rascals around the outside of the house. The storage does not have crack or open spaces that would allow them in. We have had a few downpours of rain, no issues. The design works well to blend into the house.
