This item arrived in a timely fashion, intact and soooo easy to put together!! A perfect fit for where I needed it to go (on a covered carport), perfect depth for me and the grandkids to reach in without falling in (hey for us shorties that is a real concern!!)!! I am so pleased with this purchase highly recommend this to everyone!!

I was really worried about this shipment after reading the reviews. I read about damaged shipments and the complexity of assembling. But I forged ahead and ordered two and am so glad I did. Both units arrived undamaged and in great condition. Once the parts were idetified the units went together without and issue. They now sit at the side edge of our patio and have been through several rains already and a couple of high wind scenarios. Through it all the contents of our boxes stayed dry and safe. Have sat on them many times already and they are very sturdy. Might still get a third one.

We needed something to keep our patio cushions dry after Hurricane Ian tore off our lanai last year, so I ordered this deck box in white. The textured pattern looks attractive, and the box seems very strong and sturdy. It is quite large and fits my rather large patio furniture cushions nicely. My husband put it together quickly and it does a good job of keeping our items dry.

Ordered this item to use for outdoor storage near our fire pit area. Once my husband got it put together we were both surprised by how large it actually was. When opened, the top stays up so that you don't have to worry about the lid dropping onto your hands while reaching inside. I noticed reviews from other folks complaining about water getting into the deck box; so I made it a point to check the inside ours after several days of relentless rain. No water inside the deck box, no drips to be seen; everything inside the box was dry. Expectations met! I'm very satisfied with this item. I higly recommend it.

This container was just what I wanted. I got it in White. It was super easy to put together, I wanted it to store Halloween decorations, etc., to clear up clutter on my porch and a place to set my plants on for the summer. The plants will go back in the fall so easy access to decorations after that.

Very very nice quality. Very easy to install by a senior citizen who is definitely not handy with his hands (or patient); and boy is it big! Very spacious. We installed it on our bedroom while watching TV and had to move a few things in the hallway to take it outside by the pool (LOL). All our pool toys + water chairs fit in it. I purchased the same one years ago for garden “stuff” and it has help up very well all these years in the cold, the rain and the Texas summer heats.

I purchased 3 of these in the past few months and was VERY satisfied with them. This last one, while still a good value and works well, once together I noticed the lid was not square. There is no way to adjust it, it just wasn't manufactured properly. However, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another if I needed one. 1 out of 4 isn't bad.

Be sure to check the box for damage. I did store pickup for two of these and the cardboard boxes were a bit of a mess. When I opened the boxes at home the tops of both deck boxes were broken. I was able to get Keter to ship replacement parts and they came quickly, but it was still an inconvenience. The deck boxes were easy to put together and exactly what I needed.

We ordered this online, went and picked up, drove all the way home only to find it was broken. Drove back to the store, returned it, bought a second one, took it out to the truck and it was also broken. Thankfully we checked before driving home again! The packaging was not damaged so you have to believe just a poor quality piece.

All three metal guides were bent, so I wasn’t able to assemble the deck box. Sam’s Club requested I repack the parts for them to come pickup the box. Wouldn’t be a big deal except I am a 64 year old woman by myself and it was really stressful to try and re-pack that stuff back in the box for them to pick it up. Customer service seemed helpful but we’ll see how this all plays out in the end.
