This is very good cheese sauce. I served it at a party and received many compliments on it ! I was forced to admit that I opened a can ! This sauce is great as is and has a little zip to it to please the adult crowd as well as being mild enough in flavor for the little ones! This cheese sauce could easily be doctored up for the person who prefers it on the hotter side. Smooth and cheesy and crowd pleasing!

Does have a little spice which was noticable for the little ones who are very sensitive to spice and were eating it plain with chips. For the rest of us three spice level was perfect. It adds a great flavor and if you add other things in your nachos the spice becomes unnoticeable. Definitely recommend. Was a ton and served 25 ppl dinner with leftovers for several more meals.

This is my "go to" nacho cheese sauce. It has just enough jalapeno in it to give it a zing. It is best eaten warm. It warms up well in a crock pot The can is large and will serve lots of people. I usually host a nacho day at my office when I buy one. There is usually enough left to enjoy some at home as well. The plastic lid allows you to store the open can fin the refrigerator for several days. Use it on steamed broccoli or baked potatoes too.
