We like the yellow nacho cheese sause. You don't carry our brand in the yellow cheese version, so we decided to try Ricos Gourmet. I'm usually pretty easy to please, but I was greatly disappointed. I kept putting more and more cheese sauce onto my dish hoping I would get some flavor, but...nothing. It is bland and tasteless as can be. Definitely no kick to it. I tried a small spoonful, and couldn't even taste that it was supposed to be cheese. I will not be ordering this again.

I was pleasantly surprised how good this was. It is very creamy. I had bad luck years ago on a canned cheese sauce but glad I tried this brand. It is not like cheese dip with rotel but like cheese dip in jars. Mildly hot flavor. Am going to try mixing with canned chili as a reviewer suggested also. Just heat and serve.

Though we prefer the white queso from the refrigerated section, this is also pretty good. We especially like it mixed in with refried beans for burritos or a bean dip. I appreciate that it comes with a tight plastic lid to keep it fresher after the seal is broken. The one big change I'd love to see is for this to be sold in multiple smaller containers b/c it is difficult to use all of this (in our small family) before it turns bad. Would be great for a get together or teen party!

We love this nacho cheese dip. We go through the huge can pretty darn quick! Not a bad price either. My one and only complaint is there's no plastic lid like you get when you purchase from Sam's Club! So we're using plastic wrap to cover it in the fridge. It should always come with a lid no matter where you buy it from!

This cheese taste great! It taste exactly like the cheese sauce you put on nachos at convient stores and the same as the nacho cheese at ball games. Its thick, just a bit spicey (mild), and perfect on chips or chili. I freeze 2/3 of it and refrigerate the rest for use during the week. After freezing, when thawed in the refrigerator, it taste like it does straight out of the can, fresh! I’m on my 3rd large can and will continue to buy this stuff as long as its available.

The larger the better when it comes to cheese. Delicious, versatile, convenient, economical. Go ahead and divide it up in plastic or glass food containers and refrigerate to use in cooking or dips. It's great. You'll be reaching for it to go with everything.

First time buyer, really liked it. Would buy again. Kind of thick so add some jalapeno juice (NOT water) and then perfect. Tastes like nacho cheese, good color, good texture, and serves a lot of peeps. Served nachos at work and everyone loved the cheese. Next time I will add a cup or two of Velvetta cheese and really add some more flavor.

I've been through 4 cans of this so far. Love buying these large cans and freezing some in individual glass ramekins for later. I hope Walmart decides to keep this around as some of the large can items are disappearing. Ditto with the mountain dew throwback (real sugar!) soda pop. Please keep these, Walmart.com !

I brought this cheese from Walmart.com and normally there’s no problem but lately there’s been little black particles within the cheese sauce. This was notice within the individual sized cheese sauce by the brand and know it’s within the big cans of cheese and it smell horrible. Do not buy any cheese sauce from this brand.
