Great product

Bought this for a large party. Even with the reviews, I had never used this product before so i was skeptical. Don't be. I used two cans in a large electric soup kettle. It was a little thick for dipping/scooping so I thinned it with milk as well as put in fresh pico de gallo to give it a little bite. It was great. I had about 85 ppl and almost all the cheese was eaten so it was a hit for nachos and tacos. Will definitely purchase again.

The product is great but the shipping option is horrible, I use this nacho cheese for my food truck and I order large quantities. Sometimes they will ship up to 6 cans in the same box. This is too heavy for some people and the cans get absolutely destroyed. Some you cannot even open up. I also have noticed in a few cans that there are orange/redish particles in the cheese. Not sure what it is I just throw the cans away to make sure I don’t have a lawsuit on my hands. Seems like every can I have ever bought in store though was perfect and amazing. So unless your like me and constantly having shipments of this coming in on a daily basis do not use shipment on this product!!

Great product

I like using this product for Nachos in a concession stand. It already has the jalepenos in it and tastes good. EASY to use. It is hard to find single cans of this in the clip N pull order. The customer has to know the specific name of the product to find it. It does not show up in a category search, such as chesse sauces or nacho cheese. However, you will be taken to an order of 6 cans that have to be shipped to you.

This "cheese" has a good flavor. The first day it is good. The second day it quickly looses its thickness. By the end of the second day it is nothing but soup. By the end of the third day it has some sort of nasty red mold/rot streaks all in it - so you will throw away 3/4 of the can.
