A very great budget next-gen console that is good enough to play some next and current-gen on but if you're planning to play a lot of next-gen games, this one should last you to more games are released next year. It might even be good to hold you for a year. I think once more games come out next fall, you'll need to upgrade and maybe keep this one in the living room.

I really like the size of the Xbox series S edition. I got it as a secondary system to my Xbox series X. I wanted it for bedroom and to store just a few games on it. I really like the way the white system pops with the contrast on the system itself and the controller. I also have a PS5 disc edition and prefer both Xbox's over the PS5. Perfect secondary system for the price, good for people who own gaming pcs. I love the ssd. This generation of xbox consoles actually compete with gaming pcs, which I haven't seen in over 7 years. The graphics on this console are stunning, but I am sure the Xbox Series X looks even better. For pc gamers, this console packs about the same graphics performance as an RTX 2060, while the Series X packs performance comparable to an RTX 2080. It costs $300 just for an RTX 2060 alone, which is why this is such a good deal.

This Xbox is a great console. I dont do any major gaming so this console was the best for me, especially for the price. This Xbox runs and performs way better than my one s so this was a major upgrade to me. Would definitely recommend this console for anyone

I’ve had trouble with it after updating the Series S and playing a couple games of Apex. Then it over heated because it wasn’t exposed enough. Now it’s staying on after I switched to a older HDMI cable. I really hope this isn’t going to be a issue. Any idea of what could made it restart like that.

I got this for my husband as an anniversary present. He has had it a month. It will randomly shut off and restart on its own. It will freeze and not let you do anything. Won’t let to pair controllers with it at times. Overall I am just so annoyed with the whole experience.

Pleasantly surprised!!!! I haven’t owned an Xbox since I was a kid since then I’ve moved I want to playing on PlayStation I really wanted to get a PlayStation five but there was none available. I found this in stock and I figured I would settle for it but I actually feel like this was the console for me. With the game pass I honestly could care less about not having a CD drive. Looks amazing on my 4K TV!!!! Really affordable!!!! Next generation console!!!!!

Got it for my husband for Christmas. Was supposed to be a newer version than the one he had. His old one works better. This one constantly disconnects from the WiFi for no reason and has a hard time reconnecting. Everything else In the house will be running on the WiFi just perfectly fine. No issues. The Xbox lags constantly when the WiFi has full signal. Wouldn’t recommend this Xbox to anyone. Apparently has hardware issues.

The best part about the system is the loading times. It's super fast, and the option to pick up a game where you left off instantly is nice. If you want more of an upgrade buy the series X not the series S you won't be happy if you buy the series S as an upgrade from one X

Great unit. Not as good as the Series X, but it's a much better value. It's small, making it really easy to transport around if that's important to you. It's also really fast, and loads games almost instantly. Definitely worth ever penny in my opinion
