Hi Andrew--We're sorry that your purchase of Xbox Series S didn't meet expectations. When purchased using the Xbox All Access program, it includes 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If that's how you purchased your console and don't see an option to redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through the Settings app, contact Citizens One at www.service.citizensone.com. They’ll need to verify your Xbox All Access account and determine next steps. Hope that helps. -Chuck, Xbox Customer Care

Hi Cori -- It's great to hear that you're enjoying the speed and value of your new Xbox Series S. Thank you for sharing your experience; we hope you have a lot of fun with it. --Chuck, Xbox Customer Care

Hello Jaime -- We're glad that you're enjoying your new Xbox Series S. If you're running low on storage, you have a couple of options. The best solution is to invest in the Seagate SSD 1TB Expansion Card for Xbox Series X/S, which will add 1TB of SSD storage to your console. Another solution is to add a standard external hard drive, which can be used to store and play Xbox 360 and Xbox One games that have not been enhanced for Xbox Series X/S. Hope that helps! -Chuck, Xbox Customer Care
