I love the size and how well it works for only being $299! If you’re like me, and don’t play a ton of games, this is perfect for you. It’s so convenient to take with me when I go on trips too! Oh and the FPS is phenomenal! Upgrade your Xbox one to the S and you won’t be dissapointed.

Great!

Majority of my library was digital already, so this console not having a disk tray didnt matter to me. Its small and quiet which is nice. Only drawback is it needs a larger memory. However you can use external hard drives to make up for the lack of storage space

Hi Corey--It's awesome to hear that you're enjoying the convenience and power of your new Xbox Series S. If you're running low on storage, you have a couple of options. The best solution is to invest in the Seagate SSD 1TB Expansion Card for Xbox Series X/S, which will add 1TB of SSD storage to your console. Another solution is to add a standard external hard drive, which can be used to store and play Xbox 360 and Xbox One games that have not been enhanced for Xbox Series X/S. Hope that helps. -Chuck, Xbox Customer Care

Next Gen Great Value

If your interested in playing next gen game games at 60(and some even at 120)fps at an affordable price then this console is great. Also comes with Game Pass (14 day trial) too so you can download some of the latest titles. The only downside to this console is the hard drive size so you probably need to buy a 1TB expansion card, with is dumb. But other than that you can't beat this consoles value on the market right now

Hey Brian--Thank you for recommending Xbox Series S! We're glad that you're enjoying the value and power of your new Xbox. If you need more storage space and would like another option to a 1TB SSD expansion card, you may also connect a standard external hard drive. Games enhanced for Xbox Series S/X may not be played directly from the hard drive, but older un-optimized games may be. Hope that helps! -Chuck, Xbox Customer Care

Eh

I love the Xbox . It doesn’t have a disk drive so ONLY digital downloads only. Download games pretty fast but didn’t received 24 months of Xbox game pass Ultimate. So I didn’t get any deal with the Xbox . “bought on Black Friday “ so that was upsetting . I wouldn’t pay anymore then 299$ for it .

The smallest, fastest, digital nextgen console.

This is the perfect nextgen digital and compact console. The graphics and speed is 10/10 and it is very kid friendly. Some people may say it has like no storage and I don’t want to spend 200$ on a 1tb expansion card. I got a 40$ 1tb external hart drive and plugged it in and had 1500 gigs of storage. Then people say it only has 3 usb slots so I bought a 12$ usb hub off Amazon and it has 4 usb slots so In Total you will have 6 slots.

Hi Kyler -- Thank you for sharing that you're enjoying the speed and power of your new Xbox Series S. Investing in an external hard drive is an excellent suggestion, especially if you are playing backward compatible Xbox games that are not enhanced for Xbox Series X/S. We hope you have a lot of fun with your new Xbox. -Chuck, Xbox Customer Care

Amazing

The console was shipped and delivered three days earlier than expected and was in a brand new condition. The box was dirty because UPS did not tape the shipping box correctly but other than that it had no issues. The console itself you can tell has never been used, and the overall experience with this seller has been great.

Bang For Your Buck

A simple, easy connection, upgraded controller. FYI: for some reason, my Insignia TV recognized the console as DVI input. I contacted Xbox Customer Service, the rep very helpful. I connected the console with my Sharp TV it works just fine. I like the simple connection, and upgraded controller, very clicky, and grip textured as well. So if you want to use Xbox Series S for GamePass and digital game purchasing, this is the game console for you.

So I have owned the Xbox Series S and X for about a week now, and each has its upsides and downsides. The S is only $300, making it a great value for anyone looking for a new Xbox console. I have purchased the game pass, and I feel like it is a must-have for the S. It has so many great games and such a vast library. It is a shame that it does not include Call of Duty games, but the fact that it has every Battlefield and Halo game included makes up for it. I have two main complaints about it. The first is the storage size; for an all-digital console, it is important to have a large hard drive, but it is not. After installing Halo MCC and Call of Duty Black Ops 3, half the hard drive was already filled. My second complaint is the lack of a disc drive. I find myself going to the Xbox Series X more and more because of the disc drive. It is an advantage because you can buy used disc to save money. This might save money in the long run and can actually be cheaper than the S because of the savings. You are also able to sell used discs, which you cannot do with digital games. Overall, if you are looking for a game pass device and only want to buy a few games here and there, this is the device for you.

Do not overpay for it

It’s an OK console I mean I was a little bit underwhelmed. Sure it’s a good value at $300 I kind of regret buying it though I would say if you can find one at $300 and you want one go for it but don’t over pay it’s not worth it . It’s basically an Xbox one with boosted frame rate and visuals. It certainly doesn’t feel NexGen compared to my PS5. I’ll probably return it and go with a series X

Small and compact. Will fit anywhere. Very quiet and easy to navigate around the UI. as a long time PlayStation player and ps5 owner I find myself liking this system quite a bit more. Would recommend for anyone making a switch. Also keeps me from changing discs everytime I want to play something else since its all digital.
