The cereal are good bright side is my favorite but the others are good too the puffs cereal was better than I thought and that's good so everything is good with the cereals keep up the good work

The new Rise & Shine is great, a bit lighter with a little less saturated fat! Definitely my favorite. And since I choose not to eat oats (due to high glucose spikes), this goes well with yogurt, or as a quick snack! Thanks Seven Sundays!

I liked it. Yes, it has date syrup and bananas, but prefer those to artificial sweetners. It us also lower carb compared to other granolas. I would buy it again until I find a healthier alternative.
