The quality and flavor of this ceral is outstanding. The recommended serving size is 1/3 cup and is surpriingy satisfying even at that small amount. I gave it only 3 stars because of price $12.98 was a bit much for 20 Oz.

This is some of the best tasting cereal I have ever had and I have been eating cereals for the past 50 years. The berries and slivered almonds work so well together, I'm surprised it has not been done before. Excellent product.

Love this cereal. No grains but lots of flavor very satisfying. I have it with almond milk. Gave some to my daughter who is eliminating grains and dairy from her diet.

I have to stop myself from eating the whole bag in a day, it's that good 🤣 I eat it like cereal and mix it with yogurt, but it's even yummy as a dry snack! It also mixes really well flavor wise with the muesli! 100/10!

Seven Sundays is a great product with high fiber and low carbs. If you are looking for a nice granola type cereal that doesn’t break the carb bank, this is it. Also, it is non-GMO!
