I made a mistake buying this product, I contacted the company and they let me know I should have read the ingredients and do the investigation myself. I was beyond sick after eating it. If you have IBS or tummy issues please research all ingredients.

Really yummy protein oatmeal! I want to eat it every day ! It's so delicious and so good for you ! Good natural ingredients ! I'm so impressed. I have not yet tried the granola but when I try it, I'll let you know. I'll probably love it. Thank you, Bel Tucker.

Helpful for low carb & sugar diets. Good taste as well but a bit pricey.
