[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good product for aches and pains including deep tissue relief . I LOVE the roll-on feature to keep my hands clean. The menthol scent is strong but easy to forgive since it does the job. I have used this on my sore/stiff neck several times. I have a toddler who loves to sleep on me and has no sense of personal space so I often wake up with a sore neck/shoulder. The gel goes on pretty clear, has a slight blue-green tint but has never left any color on my clothing. The cooling sensation is not as drastic or noticeable as other products but the pain did go away and stay away. Nice compact leakproof bottle, easy to pack in a bag or purse.

It gives me temporay relief to small aches and pains from arthritis. It's not a fix but it sure gives me that feeling of some discomfort and I can apply it when ever I want with out a strong smell that is obvious other brands. I would recommend it to my friends.

It is always helpful to spot treat sore areas, especially after a work out so it's a great addition to a gym bag. It does have a menthol smell as most cooling pain relief products, just to keep in mind if applying liberally before going into an office or smaller area.
