[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great and easy to use. I like that it's a roll-on instead of a spray or a cream. It does have a smell like menthol but it's not overpowering. It gives a cooling feeling and helps with my shoulder pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can tell you what I like best about the Biofreeze product. You don’t have to touch it. Besides the fact that the liquid stays where you put it and gives a pretty quick relief to muscle inflammation, it rolls on with a roller ball and you don’t get it on your hands. You don’t have to wash your hands after using it. You don’t have to worry about wiping your face or your eyes, or touching something at work. It is a convenient size with plenty of product inside to last a few days. Small enough to carry with you when you leave the house. It goes on cool and doesn’t instantly burn like some topical anti-inflammatories. You can pretty much put it on anywhere you are. Handy relief. Not an obnoxious odor either.

My stress level is through the roof and I have been working 10 plus hours a day, mostly staring at a computer. My neck has taken the brunt of it though. I used to have aches and spasms in my neck occasionally. That was usually corrected with a day or so of nsaids. Lately, the tension has been horrific. I find myself having to constantly correct myself from being so tense. This little roll on has saved my life. My neck has been spasming so bad that I am getting headaches constantly. As soon as I start to feel the tension in my neck, I use the biofreeze. In less then 60 seconds I noticed relief. At first it just felt wet but I quickly realized that it the cooling effect from the biofreeze. It provided immediate relief that you can feel starting to spread through the area that is applied too. I will be keeping this in my purse to use it as needed. I love that it is topical and isn’t a nsaid or acetaminophen. If you are looking for quick relief. This is your savior. Also, it smells great and not “medicated” at all.

I love the cooling sensation when it's applied and after a few uses my pain felt so much better and eventually subsided. It's not sticky or greasy and dries within moments of application.
