I just roll it on the sore spot and within minutes, the cooling effect takes over and does all the work that it's suppose to do. I then can continue on with my day. The roll-on container is wonderful so I don't have to put my hands on the product if I don't want to. I can take it with me and not have to worry about the product leaking out.

The menthol provided cool, fast relief of mild to moderate pain in my neck and lasted for a few hours. I look forward to buying more of this product as I have neck, back, and knee pain. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from mild to moderate pain.

He's tried just about it all but biofreeze seems to help out the most. The roll on is not the greatest that they have as it can be thin and run but overall in a pinch it helps a lot. It works well and alleviates the pain temporary for quick relief. One of the thing I didn’t like about the old style was that I had to wash my hands after putting it on cause I didn’t like the product on my hands.
