When my back is very painful, I live with a tube by the toilet and one by my bed. That way I am able to keep Biofreeze on constantly. It help keeping me on the move better.

I have arthritis in most joints . Neck, you name it. The past two days I have been in extreme pain. Cramp like pain in my legs and feet only worse. You could hear the muscle snap. I could barely walk. I rolled Bio Freeze wherever it hurt. Within minutes the pain was gone. I had to cancel a dentist appointment today. Would have been able to go had I known this would have worked. I can't say thank you enough. The clouds are gone and the sun is shining again.🙂

I have osteoarthritis and I’m always in pain but sometimes it’s really bad and I can’t sleep and I have found Biofreeze to help me relieve my pain and aches in my joins and muscles. I have been using this for the last 5 years and it DOES make a difference. I like the rolling it’s very easy to use and you can just grab it in the middle of the night put on and keep sleeping. The best thing is that you don’t smell like a medicine bottle the next day LOL.
