It's a little tacky in the spot that the gel is applied and does have a methanol smell. Overall, I always go for this brand when I have the choice.

It is great to have on hand at home because it's the best for helping with aches and pains. I particularly like to use this on my knees since I have runners knee as well as my hip flexors. The roll on is my preference because I don’t like to get it on my hands.
