Not enough menthol

I don't remember the smell being there in earlier purchases,pain takes longer to leave.

Have used Biofreeze for several years.  Tried another brand and went back to this.  Works for me

Keep several roll-ons on hand for my muscle aches

I was disappointed in the Biofreeze Roll On.  The roller was for the most part was dry each time I used the product even though I kept the bottle upside down. I had to shake the bottle hard while it was upside down several times in order to get any product on the roller. Once there was product on my skin, I felt very little change in my skin as far as cooling/freezing feeling.  I checked the product and it was not expired so I'm not sure why it was so difficult to get product on my skin.  I'll just stick with an ice pack when I need relief.

Not impressed

My pain is mostly in my neck and lower skull. I tried the Biofreeze spray on it just didn't work for me.  I came back for the tried and true roll-on. I keep one in my office and one at home.  It really relieves the pain for several hours.
