Using this after a workout helps relieve the pain for a few hours and lets me relax. I also try to exercise to relieve my joint pain and wind up with Muscle aches! This roll on relieves and eases much of my pain. It great that it can be applied anytime and easily directly in the problem area.

And the bottle is compact enough that I could take it with me. Within about 5 min I could feel the icy relief which lasted for about a full hour. It does have a menthol smell which I expected but I found that the smell went away during the day, which was nice.

I use this for joint pain in my knees and for lower back pain relief. The menthol scent in this product is not too overwhelming. Pain relief is fairly immediate.

I realize now that it's has the word Freeze in the name and should have known it would be cold. Tried the roll on to see what the Green meant. Thinking it was going to be a green gel or leave the area that I wanted the product on a green color so that I know where I have placed the product on myself. To my surprise, nothing was different. So not sure why it's marketed as "Green". Since there isn't a difference that I'm aware of, the product worked as good as the spray but it best to use the roll on if wanting to hit a certain area, so smaller points on the body.

The relief was deep penetrating and lasted for hours. The roll-on application is a huge plus without the need to get your hands messy. It really feels like it freezes the pain in its tracks. I highly recommend this product!
