I was surprised to see how quickly it helped me. It was almost instantly that I could feel relief and it has such a cool feeling and a nice minty smell. Contrary to what they say, it has a VERY strong menthol smell. I found some mild cooling relief when applied, but it does go on rather lumpy and is sticky on your skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Biofreeze pain relief roll on. First the application is great because I don't have to squeeze it out of a tube and rub it on me. Instead its a roll, so once the pain hits me I just rub it on the affected area. Once I felt pain in my arm, the roll on stated working right away. First I felt the pain then out of no where the coolness from the roll on was activated. It help ease the pain I was feeling in my shoulder. This is a good buy
