[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out this Bio Freeze pain relief roll on. It works very well. It leaves your skin very cool and minty feeling. It lasts for about 3 to 4 hours, and it helped to relieve my back pain. It is easy to roll on as I applied it. Just one thing as I applied it, I felt little debree almost like salt crystals or something and when I applied it with my hand. But other than that, it helped to relieve my muscle pain.

My dad was in a car accident almost two months ago and relied on pain relief patches and creams to deal with the resulting pain. I always hate the lingering smell of menthol, so I was glad I could apply this on my dad's back without having the residual smell on my hands. Overall, it did help lessen the pain, but my dad still prefers using patches over this roll-on gel. Says the patches lessen the pain for a bit longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this one I found to be a little messy but it is very effective once you applied to the area that you needed relief at. it does last up to 6-8 hours before you would need to reapplied if nesseary but for me I rather not use a gel or cream that is messy

I recently tried Biofreeze Roll-on for lower back and hip pain. I am pleased with the results. Biofreeze roll-on is easy to apply, and it lasts a long time.

It last for a long time, doesn't burn, or real strong smell. Shake it, and roll it on, it's that easy, and starts working immediately. I like that it's not tested on animals, or have NSAIDs in it.
