After application, I felt the cooling sensation pretty instantly and didn't feel like I needed to reapply for a couple of hours.

As someone who works out 5 to 7 times per week, I frequently have inflammation in my back and calves, the roll-on feature makes it easy for on-the-go and easy application! Definitely recommend for quick relief!

Cons- it does have a loud smell. I use it on my wrist so every time I move my arm close to my face I would get a big whiff of the product.

I suffer from almost constant back pain and this has brought me much needed relief. It has a cool feeling after rolling it on and within a few seconds it get that icy relief feeling. I would recommend this to anyone that gets muscle and joint pains at all. I found it extremely simple to roll on...and it has a nice smell too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you love menthol, then this product may work well for you. There are no other active ingredients. Contrary to what they say, it has a VERY strong menthol smell. I found some mild cooling relief when applied, but it does go on rather lumpy and is sticky on your skin.

I realize now that it's has the word Freeze in the name and should have known it would be cold. Tried the roll on to see what the Green meant. Thinking it was going to be a green gel or leave the area that I wanted the product on a green color so that I know where I have placed the product on myself. To my surprise, nothing was different. So not sure why it's marketed as "Green". Since there isn't a difference that I'm aware of, the product worked as good as the spray but it best to use the roll on if wanting to hit a certain area, so smaller points on the body.
