I'm a big fan and keep more than one bottle: one at home and one in the car just in case. I prefer the roll on because it's easy to apply, even when I'm away from the house. My only criticism is I wish the gel was clear or white in color instead of the blue/green. I don't wear any of my white outfits when I apply this. But the product really works and has helped me.

The only con was the strong menthol scent when it was applied but this smell eventually vanished and wasn’t so noticeable anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using biofreeze products so I have no frame of reference, but I do like the roll-on application. It keeps things mess free. It does smell very strong, but that's to be expected with menthol so no complaint there. It's a little thick, the formula, so when it rolls on it just sort of balls up. This could just be the bottle that I received because I don't feel like that's what it's supposed to do. Still give it a try if you're curious!

I’ve tried other creams and sprays to help relieve the soreness but they offer little relief and leave a very oily residue. Bio freeze pain relief roll on offers relief almost immediately after applying it. It offers a comfortable cooling effect that targets the muscle soreness. Now I see they have this Roll-on and I love it even more. With the roll on it goes right on your skin and you don't really have to rub it in and get it all over your hands. Roll it on wherever you have pain and you will be pain free in no time. Biofreeze really works and it's great for all types of pains all over your body. Highly recommend!
