I really prefer this roll-on applicator. It helps with precise application and even better, it keeps you from getting the product on your hands. My physical therapist recommends the Biofreeze brand. I will definitely keep this as a staple in my medicine cabinet.

I’ve tried other creams and sprays to help relieve the soreness but they offer little relief and leave a very oily residue. Bio freeze pain relief roll on offers relief almost immediately after applying it. It offers a comfortable cooling effect that targets the muscle soreness. Best part, it dries nicely and no oily or sticky residue!! Highly recommend!

Admittedly, yes, the scent is a bit potent at first, but it fades within a few minutes and, candidly, is a reasonable trade off for the cooling relief that this provides. I wish it lasted longer, but this takes the edge off AND comes in a wildly convenient packaging, so it's definitely worth it to me!

I love that this is a Pain Relief Roll-On as it's very easy to apply. This is indeed a fast acting menthol pain relief. The smell is a little strong, but it's effective. It gets really cold on skin once applied. I've tried applying this on my tired legs and feet after a long day, and didn't massage, so there's not much effect. But the 2nd day, I did massage after application, and it worked! It helped with my shoulder pain and leg pain. Very soothing. Highly recommended. I'm getting some for my Mom and Dad too.

I have fibromyalgia and severe arthritis along with pain I’m my muscles due to tension flare ups and it is one of the few things that actually help my muscle pain and fibromyalgia pain. I highly recommend Biofreeze pain relief especially if you suffer from chronic pain.

The roller is easy to use and the liquid rolls on cold and stays that way for quite a while. The fluids seems less like a thicker gel and dries quickly still giving the pain relief that I expected. Excellent product !

After rolling it on you may still have to rub it in a little bit with your fingers. It dries down quickly; I didn't notice any sticky residue left behind.
